Need one thing, not a whole tier?
Want inventory but not table management? Add one capability instead of moving up a plan. Cancel it any time.

Each one is included in Growth.

Three add-ons and the tier above is cheaper
Below that, adding on wins. A takeaway that needs multi-station routing and inventory, but no dining room, pays £153 rather than £219 for tables it would never open. Enterprise includes every capability here and takes no add-ons.

One connected system at every tier. The bigger plans simply switch on more of it.
What each tier really costs, all-in.
Software, add-ons, hardware and card fees together. Competitor add-ons are priced to match Servio's core feature set; bookings, loyalty and gift cards would cost more again elsewhere.
About £84/month less than the matched Square setup (~£1,223), with QR ordering, kitchen display, inventory and staff accounts all included.
On the founding pilot (30 days free, then £109/month for your first 6 paid months) that’s ~£1,029/month all-in.

Pricing questions, answered.
Is there really no contract?
Correct. Every plan is rolling and month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, and there are no exit fees.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No proprietary till is required. Servio runs in the browser on the tablets, phones and laptops you already own, so upfront hardware can be £0. Card payments default to Stripe. On Growth, venues switching from Square can also connect readers they already have as a switch aid; Toast and other reader connections are coming the same way.
How do card payments work?
Payments default to Stripe at Stripe’s published UK rates (1.5% + 20p per transaction for standard UK online cards, with no Servio markup) and settle directly to your bank. Servio never touches or stores card data, which keeps your PCI responsibilities to a minimum. On Growth, existing Square readers can also connect as a switch aid so you can move without binning kit on day one; Toast and other reader connections are coming the same way.
Can I move over from my current POS?
Yes. Every plan includes free menu import: upload your existing menu as a file or URL and Servio rebuilds your categories, items and modifiers for you. Growth and Enterprise add hands-on migration support, and every founding pilot venue gets guided setup. Most venues are live the same afternoon.
Can I run more than one location?
Growth includes one venue and you can add a second or third for £99/month each. Multi-site management, shared menus and cross-venue reporting are Enterprise only (five venues included, then £99 each). Send an enterprise enquiry and we'll size it around your estate.
How does the founding venue pilot work?
Choose Start 30-day pilot in the plan selector. There’s no application or approval step. Confirm the pilot terms and your 30-day guided Growth pilot starts free, with no card required. If you continue, Growth is locked at £109/month for your first 6 paid months in exchange for a case study, then renews at £219/month. Starter still has a 14-day free trial if you'd rather start on that plan.
What happens when my free trial or pilot ends?
You’re never charged during the free period, because no card is taken to start. To keep using Servio afterwards, add a payment method and your paid subscription begins: the 14-day trial at the normal plan price, the founding pilot at £109/month for your first 6 paid months. If you don’t add one, access simply pauses and nothing is billed.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription, we provide a full refund. Just contact support. Pro-rata refunds also apply if the service is down for more than 24 consecutive hours due to an issue on our side. Full details are in the refund policy.
