Is there really no contract?

Correct. Every plan is rolling and month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like — we earn the renewal each month rather than locking you in.

Do I need to buy any hardware?

No. Servio is fully cloud-based and runs in the browser on the tablets, phones and laptops you already own. There's no card terminal to buy and no upfront hardware cost.

How do card payments work?

Payments are processed through Stripe at pass-through rates — around 1.5% for UK cards, with no Servio markup — and settle directly to your bank. Servio never touches or stores card data, so you stay out of PCI scope.

Can I move over from my current POS?

Yes. Growth and Enterprise include migration tools — upload your existing menu as a file or URL and Servio rebuilds your categories, items and modifiers for you. Most venues are live the same afternoon.

Can I run more than one location?

Multi-site management lives on the Enterprise plan, with shared menus, per-venue reporting and group-level analytics. Talk to sales and we'll size it around your estate.
