Built for every kind of venue.

The same system flexes to how you actually run service, whether that's a 60-cover restaurant or a single food truck.

Restaurants

Built for full-service dining.

Run dine-in, tables and the kitchen from one system. Orders route to the right station with payment attached, and you can watch the whole room from the dashboard.

Keep the queue moving.

Fast counter ordering plus QR at the table takes pressure off the till at peak. Drinks land on the barista display the moment they're rung in.

Common questions

Which types of venue is Servio built for?

Servio is built for food-led hospitality: cafés and coffee shops, restaurants, dessert lounges, bakeries, takeaways, grill houses, food trucks and small multi-site groups. The common thread is a kitchen, a menu with modifiers, and a busy peak. Servio does not serve alcohol-led venues such as bars, wet-led pubs and nightclubs.

Does the system change depending on my venue type?

The platform is the same on every plan. What changes is how you configure it: a café leans on counter speed and modifiers, a restaurant on table management and coursing, a takeaway on a single kitchen queue for counter, QR and delivery orders. You are not buying a different product or a different price for each.

Can Servio handle more than one site?

Yes. Growth covers a single location with multi-station kitchen routing, table management, reservations, inventory and analytics. Enterprise starts from £449/month with unlimited locations for multi-site groups, custom integrations and dedicated support.

What if my venue does a bit of everything?

That is the normal case rather than the exception. A dessert lounge that also does takeaway, or a café that turns into a restaurant in the evening, runs on one menu and one set of devices. Orders from the counter, the table and the phone all land in the same kitchen queue.
